Who processes your data

What data and why
When you write to us (a question about a property, a contact message, offering your property), we receive your name, your phone, your e-mail if you give it, your message and, for an owner, the description and photos of the property. They are used only to answer you, arrange visits and present your property if you entrust it to us.
Required fields
Your name, your phone and your consent are needed to get back to you; without them we cannot handle the request. The other fields are optional.
Who can see it
Only the agency’s team. Our technical providers (hosting, photo storage, sending notification e-mails to the agency) act only on our instructions. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Transfers outside Morocco
Hosting (Railway, the Netherlands), photo storage (Bunny.net, European Union) and e-mail sending (Resend) take place outside Morocco, within the framework declared to the CNDP.
How long
Requests from buyers and tenants: 3 years after the last exchange. Declined offers from owners: photos deleted after 30 days, the request after 1 year. Owners whose property we manage: for the mandate, then the legal period. Proof of your consent: as long as the data it covers.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 you can access your data, have it corrected or object to its processing, by e-mail (—), WhatsApp or phone. We answer within 30 days at most.
Cookies
No tracking or advertising cookie for visitors. The language is in the page address. We count listing views and WhatsApp clicks without identifying you. Only the agency’s team gets a sign-in cookie for its workspace.
